White Pizza

 

Bought a pre-made Pizza crust/flatbread from Central Market and bushed it with some crushed garlic cloves we had marinating in a few (more than a few) tablespoons of basil olive oil.  Then we added fresh mozzarella, some roasted garlic, spinach, crimini mushrooms and topped it off with some shaved parmesan.  When it was done we added fresh arugula.  TDF (to die for) not to be confused with DTF.

Ohhhhhh TX....

Yes the rumors are true...AFG and I are moving.  To Austin....the OC of Texas.  It will be a bittersweet goodbye as I leave my family and my little beach condo but a fresh start with my love.  NEW job, NEW city (sort of- I grew up in Austin in the late 80's to mid 90's) and NEW apartment together....but (the best part) with OLD friends.  Excited to take this new leap and so so so ready for all the new beginnings that are coming my our way!
